Review of My Brest Friend Twins Plus Pillow: I'm reviewing this product as a 'plus-sized' woman (i.e. not for use with twins).
Bottom Line - Love it, but if you are a plus-sized woman, the regular pillow will likely fit!
I also recommend that you have a Boppy as well. It's a great product to have for propping baby up, tummy time, and nursing in bed.
