a few facts about this flight. 1) i had permission to fly around the carnival from the organizers and police officers on site. it had not started yet and the only people there were friends of the organizers and knew i was flying. (my interaction with a few of them the previous day can be seen in the preceding video "le carnaval"). 2) although you can see the rides moving they were not being operated for the general public. they were being tested and no one was on them. 3) in the united states the faa requires that we not fly directly over or within 25 feet of people. i routinely follow those guidelines. i came close to the guy and girl at the 1:51 mark because they werent supposed to be there and i didnt see them until i watched the footage in HD.
all of the moronic comments seem to be coming from australia. how about you follow the rules and regulations set by your government and we americans will do the same.
