Attempted cleaning Silverlight completely by uninstalling, removing all Silverlight directories, cache files, registry entries, etc. Netflix will not present the Allow Full Screen dialog prompt whereas any other Silverlight site will. Tested by installing a brand new virtual machine with Windows 7 and Silverlight to test between old installs and new OS installs. New Win7 VM presents identical behavior with Netflix Silverlight player.
