I went a bit crazy and switched out a ton of gear on my quad. I just swapped OpenPilot for Cleanflight, a CC3D for an SP Racing F3, a Spektrum DX6 for a Taranis X9D Plus, and stock ESC's for some with OneShot. I also just switched from PWM to PPM on a much faster looptime.
Despite the 20mph gusts today (and roll rates that I still need to get used to)... it's absolutely UNBELIEVABLE how much more connected, responsive and locked in it feels! For anyone else considering these changes do it as you won't be disappointed! Next up, I'll finally take the leap up to some 4S batteries. I can't wait!
