Trooper Jerrad Little, Sargent Seth Cooney and Recruit Trooper Ethan Kowing from Oregon State Police - Hermiston participate in the Officer Down Memorial Page Cold Water Challenge. They have 24 hours to do the challenge and donate $10, if you do not do the challenge within the time frame you must donate $100. Instead of doing one bucket, they shared 66 buckets filled with ice water to honor the 63 fallen officers so far this year, plus three more in tribute.
