Green Machine works on the principle of ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) for the use of waste heat that is converted into electrical power. The Green Machine unit produces fuel-free and emission-free electricity from process and waste heat from as low as 80 °C. The Green Machine consists of a proven, patent-protected rotary twin screw expander. The Green Machine produces electricity, which is transformed from a source of low-temperature waste heat from BGS cogeneration units, and offers a very good return on investment.
