Vegan Cheese :
1 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 5 hours or overnight)
4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 garlic clove
1 medjool date
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt (or as desired)
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!!
Tomato sauce :
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp dried oregano
4 tablespoons water
Salt (as desired)
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!!
