Now a little bit about shoes in early spring, especially for those traveling to France. Closed toe boots and shoes are appropriate for this time of the year, an extraordinarily rainy month. Black is not out of the picture, just stick to black shoes that are not suede and more spring/summery in appearance. Opt for shoes in lighter, brighter colors such as taupe, gray, metallic and even bright colors like pink, red and blue.
