This is an update to the video I posted about a year and a half ago. My Parkzone Sport Cub now has 784 flights on it and I am enjoying more than ever.
I thought I would point out a few things I did not mention in the video:
- When I first tested the E-Flite Power 10 motor, I used a 10x7E prop from APC. This pulled about 32 amps.
- As I mentioned in the video, I downsized the prop to the stock 9x6 prop. In order to fit the stock prop onto the HK prop adapter I am using, I had to drill the bore through with a 5/16 inch drill bit.
This new power setup pulls about 30 amps.
- The landing lights (as I mentioned in the video) are not part of the Turnigy lighting set. The landing lights I bought run off of the flight battery (3S, 11.1 volts). If you want to know the details, just leave a comment below and I will look them up.
