Two years since my first 30 Days Extreme Cut Challenge, I decided to make another one. My first video gained a lot of interest, views and comments (some negative - that this is impossible, that it was not 30 days, that I am on steroids etc.)

So this time, my goal was to do one more 30 Days Challenge, but including lots of videos and information with how exactly I am going to do it.
I was uploading my meal preparation, grocery shopping, cooking, marinating, macro calculations, supplements review, live video logs with body shape updates through the weeks, showing you the exact date, using the BBC web page for reference.
I even went to the laboratory to test my blood, kidney and black liver (*keep in mind that these are not professional steroid tests, since in my country it is very complicated and expensive to make real steroid tests) just to prove you as much as possible that these results are real and can be achieved.

How I did it:
First of all , I have more than 5 years experience in the gym (also I was a professional handball player for 6 years). I know how my body functions, what foods to eat, how to train, what supplements to take and I have the so called - muscle memory. These are the main things that helped me achieve these incredible results in just 30 days.
During the winter, I was eating about 3400-3600 calories each day ( my maintain level is 3000, so this was soft bulk). I was working out, but not that hard, since I have lots of injuries (herniated spinal cord disc, rotatory cuff syndrome to my right shoulder from handball, plexitis etc. ) and until May, I was about 92 kg ( 202 lbs ),190 cm (6’3")
In the beginning of May I started to do some cardio and changed my calorie intake to 2600-2800, just to give my body some time to adapt with my new style - burning fats, and to speed up my metabolism a little bit.
Then on May 16 I started my 30 Days Extreme Cut Challenge, showing you my current body shape (you can see it more clearly in my vlog video: https://youtu.be/lfF4dihPQpM
In the "before" picture I am relaxed, 92 kg. I started to record weekly body shape updates.
*Keep in mind that for the first two weeks the results are barely visible, because the body is still adapting etc., so do not give up. As you can see from the vlog, the difference between week 2 and week 3 is really noticeable.
At the end of week 4 I was already ripped, I was able to see my abs, but they were kind of blurry , so I did some techniques professional bodybuilders are using before competition (water depletion, carb loading, Sodium reduction and Potassium loading, tan, shave, big cardio sessions, sauna, pre-pump before the photos etc.) I have uploaded a video of what techniques I used and how.
I achieved really ripped look, I was able to see the definition in my muscles, some veins around the belly area etc. I was looking bigger than the before photo, although I lost 5 kilos. For the final photos I used only natural light.The contrast of the photos is increased a little bit. Nothing else. I was looking exactly like that at the end of my challenge. Voilà ...
