PAYA SOUP is made up of goat legs. It is also known as paya shorba. Very tasty and easy to make. Good for joint and very healthy too.
INGREDIENTS-
4 goat feet
2 tsp garlic chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Whole spices-
3 bay leaves
1 inch cinamon stick
3 green cardamon
5 pepper corn
4 cloves
Salt
3 tsp ghee
METHOD-
In pressure cooker, heat ghee, put whole spices, add garlic and ginger, saute , add turmeric powder,mix. Add paya , and 1 glass of water. Add salt and pressure cook for 3o mins on low to medium flame.. After 30 mins check ,switch off the gas. Remove the pressure and check if its uncooked .cook for more 15 mins. If water reduces add water and take a boil. Serve hot . garnish with coriender and serve hot.
