150 tonnes of cliff falling on Penarth beach. Walking on Penarth Pier on a sunny day my son spotted what looked like smoke on the beach. we then noticed black stuff running down the cliff -which kept increasing- at about 1pm this happened. Not long after firemen arrived and by looking at other people's iphone recordings could tell no one was trapped underneath.
