Since Hurricane Harvey slammed the region, thousands of residents have been plucked from their homes. The heavy rain is over, but parts of Texas remain under inches of floodwater. But what's incredible is the amount of people helping to save pets. There aren’t a lot of good moments in the midst of tragedy, but seeing pets reunited with their people is one.
