Hello. Today we have a very enlightening and life story. At first it may seem sad, but in fact it ends well. Susan, will tell her story, that is an example of how the right, though cruel, motivation can help a person to change.
"In general, I have always been a plump kid. In my childhood photos, a small pink piglet with a cheerful smile posed in front of the camera. Everyone, including my mom, dad, and grandmothers, was touched. Well, even my parents were bragging to everyone that their child was always well-fed and had rosy cheeks.
Yeah, of course, rosy cheeks. But for some reason, children wouldn’t rush to play with me. And it was a mandatory program for all the kids in our yard, even for girls. So all I had to do was to play stupid Barbie dolls in the sandbox. If I managed to get someone interested in them, it didn’t last long. As you may understand, I did not have friends either.
Also, I did not move a lot. When I tried to run after other children, they laughed at me and made evil jokes. They could even throw a pebble into the “fatso” because they thought it was funny.
I honestly hoped that it would be better at school. Especially since my grandmother kept saying that I would grow up and become slim while putting another piece of pie in my hand. And I was humbly chewing and asking no questions. In general, there was the logical point in it, the chewing child was keeping silent, not bothering adults with any questions, but the appearance...
Food portions were becoming bigger, my mom became angry at me and my granny took my side. At that time, in my family, there were a lot of quarrels, which I usually compensated with some food while growing bigger and bigger. Mom seemed to agree, but she never had time for me, so this solemn mission was entrusted to my grandma. But grandma decided that I was beautiful without this and canceled the decision according to her own will. I did not raise this question anymore.
At school, everything was no better than in the yard. And at least there I had dolls, but nothing helped here. And no one wanted to be my friend, my classmates even set far away from me on purpose, despite the fact that the teacher was mad at them for this.
When I was thirteen years old, my mother was worried by my... smile! That is, the fact that her child looks like a bun is normal, but crooked teeth were perceived like a global catastrophe? But at that moment, no one argued, and the braces were put on my teeth. By the way, it even helped for a while. Because of the braces, I could not eat such crazy amounts of food and I lost around 10 kilograms. Grandma was happy that at last I was growing up and getting rid of my excess weight...
But soon I got used to the metal braces in my mouth. So I began to eat in crazy amounts again, although I already understood that something was wrong. I honestly tried to go on a diet, but as soon as I was at least a little bit distressed, another piece of a pie jumped into my mouth.
When I was fourteen, I was a real queen of the class. I weighed more than 120 kg and I was 140 cm tall. Also, I had braces on my teeth... At that moment, I was crying not because I was made fun of, but because of my reflection in the mirror. I felt like an adult! I wanted to receive the attention from boys, I wanted to be attractive and arouse admiration... But I was scared of myself. And I could do nothing about it.
So finally, my mother sounded the alarm. In short, the grandma was sent to the village, dad was promised that he would go there next if he tried to argue. The insanity has gotten stronger, when a lock appeared on the fridge, and the keys from it were held only by my mother. At some point, she lost her patience and brought a diet pill to me.
The psychologist helped me almost immediately. She gave me a compliment saying that I did a great job, and my problem must be solved in an integrated manner. And the results began to appear. Slowly but steadily, I started to lose weight. And the bonus was that my skin improved. Also, I got rid of the shortness of breath as well as sweating, and my efficiency increased.
At my graduation party, I looked in the mirror with pride. My dress fit like a glove, my make-up underlined everything that was needed, and the nice guy was waiting for me at the school gates. He was not from our school, we met in athletic training.
If you have problems with appearance, solve them wisely. Engage in sports activities and go on a diet as soon as possible because later it will be much more difficult to do this. Those who want to lose weight, like the post and let's promise each other to take proper care of ourselves and to love our body! Let beauty win!".
