An automatic pour over machine featuring the Chemex Brewing Device.
The pour motion achieved by the rotating base and pendulum arm mimics the spiraling motion a barista uses to make pour over coffee.
Thanks to Commonplace Coffee (Pittsburgh, PA) for graciously donating the beans used for testing.
