Don't make the same mistake I did which was booking tours & excursions with a BIG travel agent as they are only interested in getting bums on seats and often push you into a tour or activity that may not be right for you simply because that company gives them a higher commission!
In my experience they are also reluctant to help you sort things that go wrong once they have your money!
