Police Caught On Camera Hitting A Parked Car Told The Woman She’s At Fault
St Louis police vehicle sideswipes a parked car not knowing the owner had security cameras set up, they drove around the block a couple of times to make sure no witnesses saw them and then drove off. The police later informed the owner of the car that it was her fault and she would have to pay for damages.
