http://www.polyvore.com is an excellent web app that allows you to create mood boards, fashion sets and various compositions. this is a brief tutorial on how to do that.

Keyboard shortcuts work:
Center Image = C
Undo = CTRL+Z
Redo = CTRL+Y
Move with arrow keys, hold shift to move bigger space.
