The hunt for the mutated Dee Dee monster is on. The Powerpuff Girls have tracked Dexter's mutated sister to "The Middle Of Nowhere"; home to a sweet old lady named Muriel, a grouchy old man named Eustace, and a cowardly dog named Courage. But when the girls get mistaken for Courage's sitters, can they find Dee Dee while dealing with the horrific nightmare that is Courage's life?
Then In a special bonus story, Bloo learns that there may be a "Tall Friends Club" that is being appreciated in the house. So in retaliation (and sheer jealousy) Bloo decides to strike back by starting a "Small Friends Club"...
