I did the pre-infusion ok at about 2-3 bar until it started to drip
then ramped up too quickly to about 8 bar
then I dropped the pressure too much and almost stopped it to dripping then tickled it back up to around 4 bar until the end
despite all the mistakes the shot tasted good.
also she got the camera too close and picked up too much noise
anyway you get the idea
