I replaced the broken water meter for the make up water supply to the four cooling towers at our main building.
The water meter is installed on the supply line 12 feet up off the floor and I have to get a ladder out just to read it.
So I built a LCD display to receive the pulses from the new water meter and display it on a wall mounted enclose.
I didn't use CAD and have a fancy board etched this time. It's just built on a prefab project board with a PIC16F690 processor connected to a 2 line LCD display.
