*Disclaimer/explanation*
This is for everyone who watch this and say "hey that's uncool dude", because of the flying near people, tall buildings etc. Before you post a comment, take into account a few things:
At ALL times at least one spotter was used in order to give information on nearby hazards such as people or possible aircraft,
and the spotter maintained the quadcopter LOS.
To avoid as many people/aircraft (never once saw/heard any aircraft while flying), flying was done at the most quiet time of day for each spot (this was usually early in the morning, bar flying by the pier).
The quadcopter itself was flown with multiple precautions in order to relay information to the operator, including voltages/signal quality and failsafe etc , along with the quadcopter being very reliable at height and range in rf saturated areas(haven't had a problem with this quad for at least 6 months now, and have completed testing in high RF environments, at range/height). The only crash/problem out of the entire trip was a knock with a branch in the park.
In terms of the people seen in the video, they were very welcoming of the quadcopter. (I did of course have to stay away, which quickly got too close for comfort down at the beach, so I had to leave pretty quick some mornings). Some people stopped to talk and were really interested, others suggested to fly out to a film certain points of interest, but generally most people looked at it once, and continued on with whatever they were doing.
If you have any reasonable questions, just comment and I will be happy to answer to the best of my ability.
Thanks
