Since I posted this video for the purposes of showing the vendor and finally the manufacturer the issues with this drone, RC Toys in Vancouver responded to me and sent another drone to a friend who is bringing down the new one. I had to destroy this one since it was clear that I couldn't return the drone to them, but luckily friends are coming down and will bring the new one!
