The FTX Outlaw is a nice truck, but the limp-wristed brushed version leaves a lot to be desired. Here, I fit a GoolRC 3500kv brushless system, running 2s lipo. Standard gearing.
Got the system for my birthday! But so did Matthew...
Nice little performance hike. Nothing mad as a badger, but still plenty quick and with a bit more oomph than if we'd bought the standard brushless Outlaw.
Plus, I got a surprise visit from a guy who decided to say hello, having seen us on youtube!
