Weather data from the NOAA-19 satellite (137.100 MHz downlink +/- Doppler shift, http://www.osd.noaa.gov/Spacecraft%20Systems/Pollar_Orbiting_Sat/NOAA_N_Prime/noaanprime.html) is received using a software-defined radio (SDR) and decoded.
The Gpredict program (http://gpredict.oz9aec.net/) was used to predict the satellite pass time. Gqrx (http://gqrx.dk/) was used to operate the SDR dongle. WXtoImg (http://www.wxtoimg.com/) was used to decode the data from the audio file that Gqrx created.
