A crowd of 3.500 enthusiastic spectators flooded the small village of Makrinitsa, at Pelion mountain, to cheer for 25 daring riders participating at the most alternative off-road competition, Red Bull Donkey Cross. Having as stage the steep and rocky environment of Pelion, the athletes literally struggled their way into the track swapping between bikes and donkeys. Conditions proved to be tough as only 9 riders managed to reach the finish line. Lefteris Karetsos, a greek legend in motorsports, was the winner!
