Note: for the peeps who don't know me. I rarely talk (on camera). so please excuse me for stuttering on this..
Here's the what happen...
On January 28th (2012), I went to a Jewel's (the corner of Foster and Redbox to rent Skyrim for the 360. What I got out of the Redbox wasn't what I expected. It turn out to be a PIECE OF PAPER with a barcode... When that happen, I went to customer service in Jewels. They told me to call RedBox. and so I did and followed the instructions that the operator told me to do. Which was report the bar code on the disc, the machine code number it came out of. AND not to return it (I guess fear of someone getting the same copy of that paper copy). After that, they told me that I'll get two "special promo" codes for a few cents off to compensate the $2.12 lost from renting that paper copy of a game
Here's a pic of that paper copy of Skyrim that I got from the redbox..

Just now (February 28th, 2012). I got an email from my bank saying that Redbox is charging me for $62.64. So I looked back on that paper copy pic date.. and found out it's been a month since that happen.. so I called my banking explaining me what happen.. and they told me to call Redbox. Then I called Redbox, explain to me what happen.. and they referred me about the Skyrim incident. So it was kept in their records. and NOW they're telling me to return that copy of a game. So they can see what's this disc that I'm talking about. Good thing I have that, since I have a feeling this shit could happen to me. I went to the 7-eleven on Lincoln & Rockwell, to return that.. and... go look at the video...
