Our algorithm determines county and the number of people most as risk during any given day's flood prediction. The result is a socio-ecological index of vulnerability for the US that can changed in the cloud and on the fly. This uses Google Earth Engine (Betta), an API for Google Earth, and was designed with Google Crisis Maps in mind (http://bit.ly/19kgvyt).
