It s something called ice therapy and you can do it in the comfort of your home!
All Ii did was purchase a $5 dollar r ice pack at my local grocery store.
( Real ice ... the stuff you use in the fridge )
Go home. I pput a blanket down on the floor so not to get it wet.
I used a old T shirt as a barrier between my skin and the ice. Otherwise you could get frostbite or other harmful side affects to the skin.
Then I applied the ice pack for about 45min.
After a few weeks of doing this five times a week i really noticed a difference!!!!!
