This video was cut a little short once you see that the device is back to the same menu screen as you were before you clicked wipe data/factory reset you should select reboot device I forgot this step and have not had a chance to reshoot it. this will remove all password lock and personl data from the device. thank you for watching and if you have any comments or suggestions feel free.
