I purchased the Removu S1 gimbal hoping to finally have a great product for multi purpose stabilized video usage. Lets take a look at the S1 and see what you get in the box, some positives and some negative issues as well as some overall thoughts about the gimbal itself.
Apologies for the semi blurry video quality, my 7D is having some shutter issues where it sometimes just decides not to use my setting.

I have returned the gimbal. I submitted 3 return requests through Amazon which apparently never got communicated to Removu. They were quick to respond and work with me once I opened an "A to Z claim" to try and get some communication flowing and provided screen shots of their system inbox showing no return requests from Amazon.
Not sure if that issue was on Removu's end or Amazons but I will say their support responded reasonably well and in a good time frame to my main inquiries. They did not however respond to my subsequent email query regarding the gimbals issue they admitted to in their response.
