Can you really use modern resins to 3D print parts for your FPV drones or will TPU always be the answer? In this video we are going to discuss the possibility. I will show you some things that I have printed, go over the properties of the resin I have been testing with, and show you some of the downsides. We will also get a sneak peak of the Bacon Rail HD camera mounting system!
The resin used for these parts is a 100% mixture of Siraya Tech Tenacious
All of the parts in this video were printed on the Anycubic Mono 4K LCD resin
printer then washed and cured with their wash machine.
This video is by no means an endorsement for you to go out and start printing all of your drone parts out of polymer resin. DO NOT go do this without first sufficiently testing the durability and reliability of your parts. I am still testing this, and will be for several weeks.
