Unboxing and first impressions of the Freewrite, a smart, distraction free typewriter by Astrohaus. I've been following this Kickstarter project for a year and a half, before I finally got my hands on one of the first Freewrites, in May 2016.
UPDATE AFTER ONE YEAR:
I've been using the Freewrite as my primary writing tool and finished my latest novel on it. Meanwhile, the device has had several major firmware updates, rendering this review outdated.
