Recently picked this plane up from a good friend from the other side of Puget Sound. So far I have found that this plane really needs the Secret Sauce motor to do any kind of hand launches whatsoever. Using the ritewing 3452 1200kv motor, 60 amp Turnigy Plush esc, and an Apc 9x6 prop, was able to make use of a 40 foot bungee cord and 50 foot of parachute line to give sufficient thrust to get it up to flying speed. Not a bad handling plane as long as the center of gravity is almost dead on. The landing at the end wasn't supposed to aim for the only object left in the field.
