Flew my new RMRC Hellbender 122 V2 into a tree bouncing it into a wire supporting a telephone pole. One of the arms snapped off destroying the main plate and an Emax motor also. RMRC stood by their product and after submitting a supprot ticket the processed the warrenty request on THANKSGIVING DAY! The replacement was shipped out on "black Friday" and I'll be back in the air next week. Thanks RMRC!
