This video shows a Kuka KR-100 comp robot milling a plaster core for moldmaking. A roughing pass is first done with a larger tool to get it to this state. This video represents the finishing pass with a 3/16 ball end mill. Total cut time for the finishing pass was one hour and 25 minutes (video sped up in places to show duration of process). Toolpath programmed with Delcam PowerMILL.
