Week 1 Day 2 of Reactive Training Systems Generalized Intermediate Program.
I will follow the program without belt and wraps, will substitute Squat w/wraps with more Squats.
Today's protocol:
Deadlift Work up to x4 @9 (Load Drop) No Drop Sets
Floor Press Work up to x4 @9 (Load Drop) No Drop Sets
Front Squat Work up to x6 @9 (Load Drop) No Drop Sets
