Earlier today I tried to fly a Horizon Hobby Blade 250 quad. I not really a fan of multi-rotors, but since I own one I thought I'd dig it out of storage. To fly it I needed to reset a bunch of switches on the Spektrum DX9 Tx. But then I didn't move them back.
Turns out one switch is the dual rate setting for the S800 elevons.
What a difference another 50% elevon movement makes, and what a panic inducing change to the stix!!!!! For some reason the S800 also developed a tendency to pull left, and up, and fly just about any old where.
Frack!!! That turned out to be a short, intense, stressful flight for the evening.
Thanks for watching!
