This is how I upgraded my animatronic Scary Grave Popper (animated motorized Halloween pop up prop). Last year she was a homemade / diy prop, built last minute. She was moving way too slow and some people never saw her. So, this year, I wanted to make her move much faster. Most lifting Halloween props use pneumatics but since I am pneumatically challenged, I used an old cordless drill to actuate the prop. Here is a how to or how I did the animatronics.
