As many of you's have asked, this app HAS gone from the app store so unless the developers bring it back.. or you find an alternative or you get it somewhere from someone lol you wont be able to get it as far as I know.

Taking a quick look at the Scream Voice App on the iPhone.
This is a silly app that I can be fun for a short while. It is a pointless app, but its fun play around with for 5 minutes or you can try and prank call someone with it. I haven't tried it so I don't know how effective that is! (Future Video Perhaps!)
