The SD Card Notification Pop Up is something that only comes up when the phone is rebooted or turned back on. Just swipe it away. If you are getting a different popup, please let me know. But this is an explanation as to why it pops up with "For transferring photos and media" when phone turns on.
If yours happens all the time, then do the clear cache partition and see if it helps.
