Today was an extremely emotional day (I'm actually still crying lol). What a great turn out. Your donations helped soooo many families that were DIRECTLY affected by #HurricaneMaria They lost EVERYTHING and they had to refuge here in the US. Some living with families in basements, some in shelters and some with their whole family crammed in one bedroom until they get some relief from #Fema to either return back to PR or make a new life here. The stories were simply heart wrenching. They all looked so emotionally and physically drained but ALWAYS with a smile on their face and grateful for what they received. Most told us that they can't complain and are happy because God spared them their lives. In spearheading this campaign I didn't think we would get this far. I thought we would just send one container and that would be it. We have now sent 3 45ft containers, filling a forth for the children (holidays), raised 56k, saved lives, distributed your donations to over 40 towns in PR, helped over 100 families today and there will be more to come (I receive photos every day of the work our team is doing).
