Video says everything. Multiple wings, new items, new spells, fun and rewarding enemy placement, scalable from level 12 onward - even high level characters will get a challenge. New lore bits that are complementary to Bethesda's own writing. Tons of optional content as well, including a "death hallway" with a particularly awesome weapon at the end... You'll just have to give it a shot.
