This is our first attempt at putting a flight controller into a fixed wing aircraft. It is quite difficult to judge how to set up the gains etc, and this flight looks a bit unstable to say the least. The crash was mostly down to simply stalling, but the yaw control seemed to do something. It looks to me at this point as though roll is ok, pitch is a bit unstable, but yaw looks way out.
We went back dialled it all back massively, and that was much worse, since we then did not have enough stick response, so crashed badly enough to need to fix stuff. :( watch out for another vid to see if we manage to get it working better! :)
