Hello my name is Jody and if you will allow me I will be your guide this evening and will accompany you on your healing journey while you relax, fall asleep, and perhaps feel better too. Please find a position that is comfortable to you and close your eyes if you feel okay about closing your eyes right now. If your eyelids don't feel heavy, sleepy, or relaxed enough to be pleasantly closed at this time, no worries, you can simply find a thing, a spot, a place, or even the empty space before you to focus your gaze upon and in a moment or two when your eyes are tired, you can just allow them to slide shut when they want to be closed and when they do you can let this be a signal to you that it is time to be tired and sleepy and time to give your mind permission to drift and wander so you can slip away most comfortably into a deep, restful, refreshing, and most importantly a healing sleep. As you rest and relax you may notice you are feeling a little bit better with each little bit of time that goes by if you simply listen to the sound of my voice, there is no need to judge the personality of my voice for this will only distract you from the task at hand. .and what it is before you to do during this time is to rest deeply and rest well..a deep healing rest of your mind body and spirit..and during this time while you rest deeply and then sleep deeply and well, hidden powers within yourself will be hard at work for you soothing your hurt feelings and restoring you to health and wholeness so you can wake up and greet a new day feeling much better than you have been feeling..There is nothing difficult you will need to do to heal yourself...just as your body knows how to heal it 'self when rested and nourished..so your emotional body will also know what to do to heal and be well and happy again without you having to think about anything or figure anything out..when you allow yourself to rest, perhaps take a break, and give your soul and spirit the nourishment it needs to get you back on your emotional feet again..and that is why I am here..to show you the places within yourself both known and unknown that have the power to manifest a wonderful improvement in your feelings of wellbeing about yourself and the world you live in..and you don't need to do anything but rest for now..you don't even need to listen to the sound of my voice any longer than you feel like listening to my words..you can at any time you feel tired just allow this sound to fade away and just focus on something else that is relaxing to you...you could take a moment to appreciate how comfortable your bed is..or how soft your covers are..or anything that makes you feel more comfortable during this time where you take care of yourself..take good care of yourself and how you feel..if you aren't listening or even if you fall asleep there will still be a part of your mind hearing what I say and processing this information for you...so you can relax and leave any and all work behind for now...and right now and in this description as well are embedded suggestions for your subconscious mind to understand telling you to relax, feel better, and fall asleep..and all of the suggestions you will receive both consciously and subconsciously will be to do this and only this..relax, feel better, and fall asleep..so you can rest easy and rest well...perhaps adopting a feeling of positive expectation that whatever hurt or upset you are feeling is only temporary..and you will be able to feel better..so many millions of people have suffered losses or betrayals and are happy whole and well today..you can be one of these people and your journey begins here, now, and with you....you may like to help yourself feel a little bit better by first making sure your brain is receiving enough oxygen..hurt feelings often cause us to tense up and not breath as well as is necessary...and if you would like to take a nice deep breath in it might be nice for you to imagine you can feel the healing powers in the air you are taking in..and then slowly release the breath wile mentally letting go of any tense energy you have been holding on to and just letting that go to wherever it wants to go because you don't need it right now so it's okay to just release that and let it be somewhere else while you sleep..and when you have taken as many deep breaths as you would like ......
