A small off camera flash for the x100t is here! For awhile I have been wanting to purchase a small camera that wasn't just your standard point and shoot camera. We all know that most of the point and shoot cameras out there are not ready when you are. Your kids are on the go and when you press that shutter it doesn't take the picture until after the moment is already gone. Well I cam across the almighty FujiFilm X100T which is amazing....
After purchasing the x100t I was then working on getting it to trigger an off camera flash incase I would need it during my traveling needs. When my family goes on vacation I will always take some sort of photography gear. Now, I live to keep it small because I am not there for a photography job but still would like to get some really great images to capture our adventure. I don't use a lot of flash in my images for travel because most of the time I am capturing images in the daylight. Now there are sometimes where we are out at night and I sill would like to get a image of my wife or family member but need light or it just will not happen. That is why I was looking at using triggers and a flash. Now I use a Canon 5D Mark II and 580ex II for weddings so I knew I could still use my 580ex II with my fuji but I wanted something a bit smaller. So now I have purchased the Fujifilm EF-X20 which can sit in the palm of your had so it is nice and tiny and great for me. Now don't think just because it is so tiny that it doesn't give off my light. It does very well... This small off camera flash for the x100t is amazing. I use it on manual all the time because I like the consistency of manual flash and the fact that batteries will last a long time using manual instead of TTL.
