This is a small waste oil furnace I made for melting metal. It is the first time I have run it. It worked surprizingly well and got extremely hot, and it seemed to be pretty fuel efficient.
I thought the metal was aluminum, but by the lower melting point I noticed, and by the fact that cutting and drilling it was tough like steel, I think the metal was a hard zinc-aluminum alloy.
