COAF’s first SMART Center is under construction in the Lori region of Armenia. SMART Centers are designed to invigorate under-supported rural communities and within a decade, impact the lives of as many as 400.000 people. In a conversation with CivilNet, Dr. Garo Armen details the concept and projected outcome.
