The Sole F80 is one of our favorite treadmills at Treadmillreviews.com. This treadmill is easy to assemble, very sturdy, supports up to 375 pounds, and comes with a 3.5 CHP motor. The frame, deck, and motor offer a lifetime warranty, while parts have a 5-year warranty, and labor is a 2-year warranty.
The Sole F80 has a large running surface of 22” x 60”. The treadmill is capable of folding. Assisted by a hydraulic lift, raising and lowering the deck is simple. With four wheels at the base of the treadmill, it’s one of the easier treadmills to move around when folded.
There are 2 adjustable fans on the F80 (not very useful, with minimal wind output), 5 storage cubbies, 2 forms of heart rate monitoring (free Bluetooth chest strap), easy to use incline/speed controls, an audio input plug, and speakers on the console. There are odd incline/speed controls located on the arm rails that take some adjusting to as they can get in the way.
The Sole F80 has a 9” LCD backlit display. This simple and slightly outdated display is a very common style display among exercise equipment. It’s great for anyone who is uncomfortable with using higher-tech items like the tablet/iPad. You’ll see a standard data set while exercising: 400 meter track, laps, distance, speed, time, heart rate, heart rate zone, and incline.
