Can anyone tell me what he is doing and why? He does this when playing games and sometimes just sitting alone. He is eight about to br nine and just started it last year when he was eight. He has been diagnosed as adhd but I don't know for sure. He has separation anxiety, is overly emotionally about small things, has vivid night mares, talks in his sleep and has trouble sleeping. When we explained that he does this the doctor said its just a burst or energy. Please help me if you can.
